Launched right on time for Earth Month, the new platform featured two customized stores—one for U.S. and international audiences, and one for Canada—ensuring seamless operations and tailored experiences for each market.

Replatform to Shopify Plus
To ensure a flawless migration to Shopify Plus, Avex carefully mapped out Tru Earth’s projects, customer data, and orders, prioritizing efficiency at every step. By strategically organizing the migration process, we reduced downtime and avoided lengthy delays in switching over the DNS.

Subscriptions
One of the most complex challenges in Tru Earth’s migration was transferring their extensive subscription service, which forms the backbone of their revenue. With hundreds of thousands of products, orders, and customer records to import, we meticulously mapped out each data point to ensure nothing was lost in the transition.
